Hilltop Memories is a spacious venue conveniently located between Austin and Waco, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The scenery is unmatched, sitting atop a beautiful hill, overlooking a quiet valley with lots of wildlife, and a great view of the sunset. We are set up to host a variety of celebrations from weddings and quinceaneras to baby showers and graduations.

An accommodating space

Between our indoor venue and the land we built it on, our space is perfect for both scenic outdoor events and extravagant indoor gatherings. We also have a great setup for your band or DJ, a kitchen and serving area, separate bridal/groom rooms, and private entries for the bride, band, caterers, etc.

A safe space

Our indoor/outdoor facilities are safe for all ages, with plenty of space for the kids to play and various areas for the adults to convene. The property is completely fenced in and set back from a country road leaving lots of room for running, or for an outdoor setup.

A private space

The country-side location of our venue means that your party is separated from outside distractions, giving you complete privacy to enjoy the celebration with your friends and family without having to think about the rest of the world.

A Personalized Setup

Included in our rental fees is the use of our equipment, such as tables, chairs, serving tables, beverage/food insulator and all of our kitchen appliances. We also offer use of our props for photography shoots, or table decor.

A Tech-Forward Finish

Inside the venue, there are two 75” TV’s on either side of the stage, perfect for slideshow memories, or watching the game. In the bridal suite we have Hollywood mirrors offering three light modes, bluetooth speakers, and wireless charging, and in the groom’s room you’ll find another flat screen TV. On top of that, high speed internet is available throughout the venue.

A Truly Texas View

The outside of our venue offers a perfect view of Texas over the hilltop, making a beautiful backdrop for your event. Besides the valley, there is a nice view of our rustic barn decorated with antique tools from the 1900’s, and miles of country roads surrounded by tall, shady trees.

How do I reserve my date?

To reserve a date schedule a tour here , sign the rental agreement with us, and pay the $500 refundable downpayment.

What is included in the rental fee?

Included in your rental fee is: -access to the venue and property for the specified time - 25 round 6' tables - 30 rectangular 6' tables - several long serving tables - 275 white fan backed chairs - kitchen appliances including large fridge, chest freeze, microwave, stove, double sink and utility sink - use of 3 onsite flatscreen televisions

How do rentals and rental rates work?

We offer preset weekend rates inluding setup time, event time and cleanup time, or hourly rates available within our hours of operation. To discuss pricing specifics reach out for a tour or via email or call. All rentals require a $500 deposit to be paid at the time of booking, and may be refunded as long as the venue is properly taken care of and cleaned during and after your event. We have a minimum of 3 hours for hourly rentals, and we offer monthly rates for your payment. For more information on rentals, please reach out.

What is the layout of the venue?

Hilltop memories stretches 6000 square feet of indoor space, surrounded by 2800 square feet of covered porches, and a wide spread of land outside of that. On one side of the venue we have an elegant bridal suite, on the opposite side a relaxing grooms suite, and seperating the two is a spacious, open area to serve as the main space for your event. We also have a kitchen, seperate serving area, bar area, restroom and stage area. Outdoors on the property we have a fire pit area, a gazebo overlooking the valley, and lots of open land. What is parking like?

Right outside the venue is plenty of gravel-filled space for easy parking, rain or shine.

Do you mandate who can be used as vendors?

No. This is your event and you have the power to decide who entertains, serves or decorates.

What is the maximum occupency?

300 people is the maximum amount we can fit comfortably inside the venue.
